Established in December the 19th in the year 2010 On the Gregorian Calendar, Augustine Quayee Slober and his Family goes beyond its own walls to service the entire community in the Kansas City Metropolitan Areas. Augustine Quayee Slober was born in the City of Nyonken, in the county of River Gee in the republic of Liberia on the Continent of Africa Mr. Augustine Quayee Slober Immigrated with his family members to the United States Of America January 17th of 2008 and then Immigrated two years back to the United States of America the 19th of December 2010 on the Gregorian calendar after traveling abroad for a one day trip Augustine Quayee Slober and his family had immigrated two years back to the United States of America while on the trip he was Adopted by two jewish american parents on the 19th of December 2010. This is to certify that on the 7th day of Tevet in the year 5775 corresponding to the 29th day of December 2014 in the City of Overland Park in the state of Kansas, Augustine Quayee Slober came before the undersigned Judiciary Court and expressed a desire to become a member of the Jewish people. His having been circumcised surgically at some previous date, a drop of blood was drawn for the sake of entry onto the covenant of our father Abraham and eventual conversion.
May the God of our father Abraham and our mother Sarah grant him the strength and courage to remain faithful to our Torah and abide by its Commandments. As he has entered the covenant of our father Abraham, so may he attain the blessings of Torah, Marriage and Good Deeds.
Signed in the City of Overland Park in the State of Kansas, on this 7th day of Tevet in the year 5775, corresponding to the 29th day of December, 2014.

He has undergone the Judiciary requirement of covenant of Circumcision for the sake of conversion before us. Whereas he now wishes to complete his course and affirm his place among the people Israel, accepting the covenant and commandments which God gave to Israel, in accordance with the full requirement of
Judicial Laws we have supervised Augustine Quayee Slober’s Immersion in a proper mikveh, as prescribed by Judicial law. We therefore declare him to be a true and full member of the Jewish faith and Jewish people and bestow upon him the name Augustine Quayee Slober, son of Abraham and Sarah. May the God of our ancestors Abraham and Sarah bless him and grant him the strength and courage to abide faithful and loyal by the precepts and observances of our holy Torah, so that he may be a worthy member of the House of Israel, called upon to bear testimony of God’s unity and righteousness.
